Volunteer to Help Us Provide Valuable Services
The operation of the Free Clinic relies almost exclusively on the support of volunteers who perform essential roles in providing patient care and administrative support. Volunteers make their time and skills available to help those with need within our community by being involved in "mission" based health care. Students and others are also able to gain valuable experience for future careers.
Volunteers are needed in a number of different areas including some roles for non-health care professionals. Healthcare professionals including physicians, dentists, nurses, physical therapists, dietitians, massage therapists, and professionals from other fields volunteer weekly or monthly for the Free Clinic. Other volunteer roles include volunteer coordinators, registration staff, Spanish interpreters, pharmacy, and transcription and technology.
