Receiving ASSISTANCE

Patients should arrive early to register from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm - entrance to the clinic is on west side of church from the drive through alley

To receive care, please bring your current medications and any pertinent medical records, if available. Each patient will meet with a volunteer to assess and determine appropriate services.

Services Available

Medications and primary healthcare services may be provided at no cost or at a minimal cost. The Free Clinic may be able to provide some assistance with selected laboratory tests, medications, x-rays and other diagnostic tests. We cannot guarantee financial assistance with these costs.

Please be advised that the Free Clinic is not able to provide care for medical emergencies, including but not limited to chest pain, severe bleeding due to injury, or pregnancy and newborn care. Dental services are not available at this time; however, patients may receive guidance or referrals as appropriate.
